Responsibilities

  • As the International Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for leading a well-managed, high-performing sales team and business, resulting in long-term, predictable revenue growth and satisfied customers
  • You will be responsible for the overall sales team performance (commitments and results)
  • Travel to client sites to their queries in generate business in the field of Market Research, Commercial Analytics, Consulting and Advisory services
  • You will actively engage with customers to win business and drive it towards the highest customer satisfaction
  • Understanding the client requirements & converting them into a Project outline
  • Project Budgeting and Finalization
  • Relationship management with the Client
  • Business Development (International Market)

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales (Market Research, Analytics, Consulting and Advisory experience preferred)
  • MBA from premium institute
  • Experience in handling clients from different industries for Quantitative and Qualitative Research
  • Analytical and logical bent of mind
  • Excellent spoken & written English
  • Market Understanding
  • Experience in Team management
  • Needs to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Expertise in large account management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Background of regularly overachieving on targets
  • Strong knowledge of Market Research, Analytics, Consulting and Advisory services
