Project Manager
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the Market Research, Analytics and Consulting vertical
- Lead Qualitative and Quantitative Research team
- The role would be focused as a Senior Market Research practitioner leveraging all core methodologies and techniques as well as new/emerging approaches to delivering strategic and actionable findings for clients throughout the industries
- Managing the work done by the team for research, analysis and in-depth content creation
- Leads project teams to deliver work that both informs and inspires our clients
- Excellent understanding of the digital landscape and constantly identifies new ways to innovate and improve our offering
- Drives business growth – Builds on strong relationships and reputation with existing clients to generate new briefs and drive opportunities to cross-sell within the business

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Resource allocation and prioritization of projects when needed
- Overview of process adherence in terms of ways of working and projects delivery
- Overall project planning and tracking
- Issue resolution
- Regular feedback
Team Management:
- Works with direct reports and other team members to create positive and productive project team dynamics – where teams feel enthused, empowered, supported, and stretched to deliver great work
- Uses experience and leadership skills to create team synergy, drawing on the skills, expertise, and passions of individuals to break down barriers (structural, functional, cultural)
- Consistently applies a full understanding of HR policies and procedures and actively pursues training to maintain knowledge and expertise, knowing when to involve HR partners when required
- Creates personal development plans and conducts constructive annual performance reviews with all direct reports, ensuring all actions are implemented
- In case of inconsistent performance of a direct report, provides constructive feedback and proactively supports the employee in making the necessary improvements
- Rewards and recognizes excellent performance within the team; identifies and actively progresses key talent
- Appraisals, retention, and recruitment
- Business Presentations/Process Overviews to prospective & existing clients
- Responsible for leading a team of analysts, planning for their career development, managing expectations, setting goals, and ensuring low attrition.
- Training needs analysis
Business Development:
- Build and explore opportunities for growth
- Create a career path for the resources and provide mentorship in terms of skill development
- The hiring of the resources with the correct skill sets
- Setting up a training regime to ensure skill development in the technical domain
Client Management:
- Interacting with various stakeholders
- Relationship management in terms of important stakeholders
- Timely feedback generation
Process Management:
- Ensure Quality standards set up and adherence
- Incubate innovation in terms of new technologies and ways of working
- Ensure Knowledge Sharing and reusability of best practices
Skills/Experience:
- More than 6 years’ experience of experience in Project Management
- Preferably MBA from premium business school
- Experience in leading teams of size more than 10 people with excellent management skills
- A large amount of Client facing experience
- PMP certified (optional but preferred)
