Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, design, graphics and marks — belongs to Global Vox Populi or its licensors and is protected by law. Research deliverables, methodologies, questionnaires, models and tools remain our intellectual property except where a client agreement states otherwise.

Research services

Research engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work and master terms) that sets out scope, method, sample, timelines, fees, confidentiality and data ownership. Those agreed terms prevail over anything on this website.

Professional standards

We conduct research in line with the ESOMAR code and applicable local codes, and are ISO 20252-aligned. We maintain the separation of research from selling: research participation is never used as a pretext for sales or fundraising.

Confidentiality

Client briefs, data and findings are treated as confidential and handled under contract. Respondent identities are protected and reported only in aggregate unless explicit, separate consent is given.

No warranty on illustrative content

Figures, sample cases and dashboards shown on this website are illustrative unless explicitly cited. Research findings are provided under the specific engagement's terms, with margins of error and limitations stated.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is governed by the relevant engagement agreement. This website is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contracting Global Vox Populi entity, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
